By placing an order, you offer to purchase. Fashion By Atlas reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Fashion By Atlas confirms acceptance. Payment must be received and processed before your order is considered accepted.

Review your order carefully before submitting, as Fashion By Atlas may not accommodate cancellation requests after acceptance. If we do not accept or if we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time of order.

Your purchases may only be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Refund Policy. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export.

The price charged for a product or service is the price at the time the order is placed, which will appear in your order confirmation email. We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Fashion By Atlas names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Fashion By Atlas or its affiliates or licensors. Shopify's name, logo, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of their respective owners.

Section 7 – Optional Tools

You may have access to customer tools offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor have control over. Access to such tools is provided "as is" without any warranties. Use of these tools is at your own risk, and you should review and accept the terms of the third-party providers.

Fashion By Atlas is powered by Shopify. All sales occur directly with Fashion By Atlas. You agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of a sale between you and Fashion By Atlas.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@fashionbyatlas.dk .

If your return is approved, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and correct it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you have questions about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase of the new item.

EU 14-Day Withdrawal Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without explanation. As above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time before your bank or credit card company posts the refund.

Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase at [Company Name]. If, for any reason, you change your mind, we offer an easy return and refund under the following conditions:

Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days full return from the day you receive the item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, the item must be returned in the same condition and quantity as when you received it.

Returning Items

You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

We recommend sending the item via a tracked or insured service, as you are responsible for the item until we receive it.

Refunds

Once we have received and approved the returned item, we will refund the amount to the payment card used for the purchase.

The refund will be processed no later than 14 days after we receive the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-made items made to the customer's specifications
• Items with broken packaging where hygiene is a concern (eg, underwear, cosmetics, etc.)

Processing: Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days .

Delivery:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

International Orders: Customs fees or import taxes may apply and are the buyer's responsibility.
